Refurbishment and extension of a pair of late Victorian houses on South Hill Park.

A sub-basement was constructed under both, and a floor added at roof level. One basement contained a pool, sauna and therapy pool.

The interior was gutted and the elliptical stair and lift core were created overlooking the street at the front so living areas could be oriented towards the views of Hampstead Heath and the ponds behind the house.
