MILL ORCHARD
A new 5-bed house on the outskirts of a village in Suffolk. The house was heavily insulated and south facing to avoid using central heating.
To the north it appears as only one storey high. The retaining wall was constructed using gabions rather than reinforced concrete which would have tripled the cost.
