A complete refurbishment of a Grade II* Georgian terraced house.

Structural works included resin bonded reinforcement to existing spine beams within the floors to reduce deflections.

At the rear, the existing roof slab to brick vaults was reduced and new circular roof lights added in order to form a media room below.
