111-115 NEW BOND STREET

A multi phased project which initially started out as the removal of a concrete roof slab to 111-112 New Bond Street for CIS and replacement with two duplex flats.

Eventually the project included major structural refurbishment of this Edwardian building with the insertion of new vertical cores, underpinning and new floor slabs and the demolition of the adjacent buildings at 113-115 New Bond Street and replacement with a new six storey building.

The buildings were then combined by demolition of a five storey masonry party wall to form large retail spaces. The completed structure has been fitted out to form a flagship store for Victoria Secrets and Pink.
